Zanne, are they ever offered up for sale as refurb projects, or are they bought up by the developers and cleared away to make room for new ones?
They are offered up for sale, usually for $1, if the new owner agrees to move it. Many are actually moved. Visit my other site to see a video of one being moved. This one is in terrible condition. The original house is incredibly small. The newer additions are strange and the entire building has the feeling of a rabbit hutch. The second stories are separate with no way to access the rooms from the other side of the house except to go down the stairs and back up another set of steps. This will most likely be demolished or burned as practice for the fire department.- Suzanne
