wind in the willows
Willows thrive near water sources, and these chartreuse beauties leaf out while clinging to the edge of a country stream. This area is being restored to native prairie and provides a quiet and idyllic scene. About a quarter mile to the south crews are tearing up the railroad crossing in advance of improvements for the commuter train from Chicago, which will extend into the area.

Wow, I am absolutely loving your photography! Beautiful work.
Nice ethereal feeling to this one! The willows look like they are coming alive.
